Honestly, I’m usually afraid of citrus-based sauces because they tend to have an over-powering sweetness, but this one is a beautiful balance of tart tang and savory sweetness. You could always serve this with a bowl of rice, but there’s nothing like picking them off plate with a pack of pals."
